John 18:36 Jesus says "my kingdom is not of this world. if my kingdom were of this world, my servants would fight, so that i should not be delivered to the jews; but now my kingdom is not from here".
In life a weather man sees a coming storm and tries to send out a storm warning, yet tragedy strikes, and that person is seen saying that they had no warning. In Matthew 16:2-3 Jesus says "when it is evening you say it will be fair weather for the sky is red. And in the morning it will be foul weather today for the sky is red and threatening.' Hypocrites! you know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times."
27% or 1/3 of the bible is prophecy.A lot of The book of daniel, The book of Revelation, Matthew 24 the olivet discourse just to name a few. The bible tells us these things so that we my be aware of whats coming. The prophecy of Gods word is our and the worlds warning of whats coming, its the weather man standing up there on tv saying take cover get prepared the storm is coming. Look at Luke 16:19-31 the Rich man and Lazarus. The rich man ask abraham to send Lazarus to his fathers house to hopefully get his 5 brothers to repent least they also end up in the same place of torment. Abraham says they have Moses and the prophets let them here them. Lazarus says no but if one from the dead went to them, "if they had a sign" they would repent. "paraphrasing here" abraham says if they wont listen to them they wont listen to a deadman.
I ask are we listing to and seeing the signs of the times? Are we seeing the rapidly approaching storm? Were in the calm now even as we see the escalation world wide. With covid we just went through a shacking. Just like Abraham told Lazarus We have the word of God we have some preachers still willing to speak the truth, we have watchmen sounding the alarm of the coming storm. If these things arent enough then i fear that you might be left behind and go through that storm that is coming upon the whole world. We need to be prepared, and by that i mean we need to make sure we have a rightstanding relationship with Jesus. The coming plagues, famines, wars and lawlessness. The coming beast system we see being set up and put in place all around us. I wish that no man would have to go through that. But truth is many wont know Jesus christ until there in the that coming storm "the tribulation". I ask you are you ready? if so then are those around you ready? There wont be any accuse when we stand before the lord on that day of judgement that you didnt know, about him "Jesus". Truth is we just were to concerned about our selves. to engaged in the world, believing the lie that Jesus isnt the way the truth and the life "only way" it was through his death and resurrection that he made the way for us to be forgiven our sins saved us out of our sins and adopted into his everlasting kingdom. Revelation 3:20 Jesus stands at the door and knocks seeking for you to invite him in that he my dine with you "offer you salvation" free you from yourself from this world. if you dont already know Jesus, I implore you before the storm hits to ABC. Admit that your a sinner and ask Jesus into your life. Believe that he died for you and rose from the grave on the 3rd day. Confess your sins to him "repent" and confess that Jesus is lord and savior of your life. Why wait today could be the day of your salvation. If it is then Praise God and get ready for your life to be changed for ever
